We are a boutique cake studio for the modern sweet lover.
We create fresh, delectable treats and cakes for your next event (or just because!) made-to-order for pickup.

Headed by owner and pastry chef Marcia Fattouh, The Dessert Room specializes in designer cakes and confections that combine premium quality ingredients and flavours with modern style.

Marcia is a classically trained pastry chef who has studied at George Brown College in Toronto and at L’Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Pâtisserie in France. It was under the tutelage of industry bests that she honed her skills and attention to detail, and uncovered her true passion for all things sweet. Marcia’s unique approach to pastry arts fuses classic French technique with modern style, resulting in decadent and beautiful custom cakes and grand dessert tables that are as visually captivating as they are delicious.
